We work closely with architects to produce building plans for various schemes including single and two-storey extensions, loft conversions and house alterations and invidual house builds.

The first stage is to carry out an accurate measured survey of the existing building or site. This will enable us to be completely informed so that we can provide you with an accurate proposal before we go to the planning stage of the project. Once you are completely happy with our proposal, we will submit to the Local Authorities concerned all of the required detailed plans which are required for the Planning process under current Building Regulations and can advise you of any implications etc.

Specifications, if required, are tailored to the individual project and contain detailed descriptions of the work to be done and the materials to be used.
